• “Recovery from addiction is a process that can begin here.”

"To let go is to fear less and love more."

If alcohol and/or drug use has led you away from those you love and the things you love to do, there is a way back.
Recovery from addiction is about finding the path that is best for you.

Recovery is a process, not an event. Anyone can stop, it’s staying stopped that’s the challenge. My goal in working with clients and their families is to help them break the cycle of active addiction and codependent behaviors. The process is not easy and it’s not pain free, but a return to normalcy is possible with effort, discipline and a commitment to a sober, healthy lifestyle.
